Shipping

You should check all boxes for any visible damage.  If there is damage make note of it on the driver’s paperwork before they leave.  Open all boxes within 2 days of receipt.  If there is any concealed damage report it to us right away.  If you don’t do these things, it is unlikely that you will receive any compensation for shipping damage.

Returns

We don’t generally accept returns.  Be sure of what you are buying before placing an order.

Any returns would need to be approved prior to being sent.  Return shipping will be at the customer’s expense.

Custom products

We do not provide refunds for any custom products.  If there is an error in printing send us photos within 10 days so that we can evaluate it.
